Sarah retired from direct client services in 2018, stepping into the roles of President of IMBA’s Board of Directors for 2019, President of a small Sonoma County Water Company and Member of The Plant Exchange Board of Directors. When she isn’t facilitating or attending meetings she divides her time between permaculture and green building projects in Burgundy France, San Francisco and Sebastopol. She is available to mentor professional mediators and to speak to groups about IMBA, Conflict Resolution Options, Permaculture, the urgency of addressing Climate Change and How to Grow an Urban Forest.
