
Jill White, JD is committed to helping clients negotiate divorce settlements outside of court. She currently serves as president of Integrative Mediation Bay Area and as president of Collaborative Practice Sonoma. Through the integrative mediation process Jill partners with colleagues trained in mediation and integrative mediation to support clients in developing agreements that work for both parties. She recognizes that divorce can be complex emotionally and psychologically; that it is not merely a legal event. Jill carefully assesses the needs of her clients and how to best serve them within the integrative mediation model.
Jill has practiced family law since 1994. She earned her J.D. from University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. Her certificates include the McGeorge School of Law summer program in Salzburg, Austria taught by United States Supreme Court Associate Justice Anthony M. Kennedy. In 2012, Jill completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training that coincided with the shift in her family law practice from litigation to out-of-court conflict resolution which took shape in the form of mediation and collaborative practice. Jill earned a Master of Arts in French though Middlebury Language Schools, graduate program in Vermont and Paris, France (1989). She earned a Bachelor of Arts through Sarah Lawrence College, New York (1986)
