Her experience as a mental health professional, understanding the developmental needs of children, complex family systems, and entrenched communication patterns provides a foundation in facilitating co-parenting agreements both during the divorce process and post-decree. Ann is a skilled mediator, trained in 2012, and works often with high conflict families to help craft solutions that will serve the entire family, keeping the needs of the children in the forefront.
