Jill White is a seasoned family law attorney who, after many years as a partner in a successful litigation firm, shifted to collaborative practice and mediation. Ms. White is committed to helping clients negotiate relational transitions respectfully, in a manner which allows for the equitable realization of individual needs without formal litigation. Her genuine appreciation of the psychological and emotional aspects inherent in bitter disputes drew Jill to Integrative Mediation.
Ms. White is a member of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals and the Collaborative Council of the Redwood Empire. She graduated from McGeorge School of Law in 1993, having earned an M.A. from Middlebury College and a B.A. from Sarah Lawrence College. Most recently, Ms. White has brought the principles of mediation into the practice of elder law to assist families int e navigation of end of life issues.
