Kristine Stewart, J.D.
Kristine’s family law practice includes integrative mediation, mediation, collaborative law, and litigation. In addition to Integrative Mediation Bay Area, she is a member of the Marin County Bar Association and Collaborative Practice Marin.
Kristine’s interest in family law and mediation was sparked while navigating her own divorce and she returned to school in 2005 as a single parent of two young girls. She graduated Cum Laude from Sonoma State University in 2007 and received her law degree from Golden Gate University in 2010, graduating with highest honors in the top 1% of her class. Kristine’s practice is focused on helping divorcing couples and individuals reduce the level of conflict during the divorce process, regardless of which process is utilized.
Kristine serves as a volunteer Interdisciplinary Settlement Conference panelist at the Marin Superior Court and is a trainer for the Northern California Mediation Center on Custody and Support for “Fundamentals of Family Law for Mediators and Therapists.”
