In addition to offering traditional mediation services, Eileen is a pioneer in guiding couples to seize the opportunity divorce offers for healing and growth. Eileen is the creator of an innovative process called “Conflict Transformation” (CT) that incorporates forgiveness. In cases of difficult emotional issues, CT enables clients to be more productive and successful in mediation. CT offers all clients the chance to gain closure and inner peace, freeing them of unnecessary baggage as they prepare to move forward in their lives.
